We want you to feel confident enrolling in the Rise To Lead programme by GovPath. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No long forms, no hard questions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all GovPath orders. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Email us at hello@govpathhq.com with your order details, and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days
We may still consider refund requests after the 30-day window for exceptional circumstances. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
